Hi, Is the Outlook client you send from? Did you test this issue in OWA? As Rich said, that should be wrong email address which is loaded from the cache in Outlook. Thanks Allen

dears thanx alot for your prompt response . the problem automatically solved i assume its a problem on the .NK2 file which cache all contact to facilitate sending emails
